The cost of our cleaning materials is included in the hourly rate.
Each property is unique; however, we offer standard hour suggestions:
1-bedroom property - 3.5 hours
2-bedroom property - 4 to 4.5 hours
3-bedroom property - 5 to 5.5 hours
4-bedroom or 5-bedroom property - 6 to 7 hours.
For regular cleaning, we offer the following options:
- Once a month
- Twice a month
- Weekly
- Bi-Weekly
Mileage: There is no charge for travel within Waterford City. For locations outside the city, mileage will be calculated separately based on the distance.
